Best Frontline Service Awards 2005

During September to October 2005, a frontline service evaluation was conducted. Both academic staff members and students were invited to act as “disguised customers” and evaluated the frontline service of each unit.

  • Among the 8 academic units, CCS is awarded for the “Best Frontline Service Academic Unit for Year 2005”.
  • Among the 9 administrative units, LIB obtained the highest total score and is awarded for the “Best Frontline Service Administrative Unit for Year 2005”.
