The General Offices of academic units has launched their Performance Pledge scheme to their academic staff since Sept 2004.
In order to evaluate academic staff’s level of satisfaction to the performance offered by their own General Office, a large-scale satisfaction survey was conducted in year end of 2004. The survey result is CPU obtained the most satisfaction for their service.
