Since 2003, the University has introduced the “Outstanding Administrative Staff Award” to recognize administrative staff who have outstanding performance and to foster a more motivating work environment for staff. This year, each awardee will enjoy day-off for 10 working days or receive a monetary prize of 50% of his/her highest monthly remuneration in 2023, together with a letter of commendation and a reserved parking space.

The 77 nominees actively participated in the award scheme and created excellent self-promotional slogans. To reward their creativity, the “Most Creative Slogan Award” will also be presented.

After a University-wide on-line voting, the University presents 19 “Outstanding Administrative Staff Awards” and 1 “Most Creative Slogan Award” for the slogan ­“Be kind. Be real.”.

The University sincerely hopes that all awardees will continue their excellent performance and become a role model for their peers, giving their best to the University that we all love.
